I am arriving by RCCL cruise ship in Shanghai on June 24 and flying out on the 28th to Hawaii. I have confirmed air flight from Shanghai to Hawaii...and my ship's itinery showing entry into Shanghai.
I apparently do not need one for Hong Kong, according to your on line information.
