Well, summer in DL is not too hot as the city is close to sea. You'll be comfortable. No worry. Of course, you can enjoy a lot of sunshine along the beach. I'm not clear about its school rating for foreign students, but it cost a budget Chinese student about CNY13000 - 16000 per year. Clinical medicine is a hot course of the school; but it may take you a lot of energy.
