About:Facilities on China Trains

I have a small Travel Kettle that uses either 240 or 120 Voltage, can I use this on the overnight train from Shanghai to Hong Kong?

Both China Mainland and HK should use 220 Voltage.

Hello Sunny - do you know if I am allowed can I use my travel kettle on the T99B Shanghai - Hong Kong? My family has hired a four-bed Soft Sleeper berth.

There are heaters provide boiled water on the coach, you don't need to take it.
