How much does it cost if one takes a taxi?  As a matter of fact are taxis available for such a long distance? Where can I take a bus?  Please provide information. How much long will it take to make this journey?

If you take a taxi, it may cost you CNY300 around. And in the railway station, you can find taxis available for a long distance (about 2.5 hours). Or you can take the bus No. 27 or take a taxi to the Hebei Bus Station, where you can take long distance bus to Jixian (About 2 – 3 hours). When you arrive, take a taxi to the hotel.
