Bringing commercially packaged vegetable seeds into Hongkong

My grandchildren in Hongkong cannot find carrot, strawberry and tomato seeds to grow at home. Can I bring purchased commercially packaged seeds in when I visit?

Jan, vegetable seeds are forbidden to enter HK. You'd better not take this risk.
