Is there a night bus from Pudong airport to Hongqiao train station.

I will arrive at Pudong at 22:00

Well, according to your arrival time, you can take shuttle bus line 1, and get off at Hongqiao Railway Station directly. The operating hours of this line are from 07:00 to 23:00 (T1), 23:05 (T2) with the interval of 15 to 25 mins.
So you need to complete the processes as soon as possible.
