About:Chinese Embassy in India

Getting engaged to Chinese girl. I am Indian came to China with visiting visa.

I am planning to get married to Chinese girl. can I stay with her in China for years?

Interferon, after you get married, you can apply for a Q1 type at the CVASC office in India. With the Q1 type, you will be granted with a residence permit, so that you can stay for a long time in China. Application documents for the Q1 type include a passport, a photocopy of the passport, an application form, a recently taken bareheaded photo, an invitation letter from your wife, a photocopy of your wife's ID card, the orginal and photocopy of your attested marriage certificate, and other materials required by the embassy.
