i'm born 25 May 1983. I did got a lawsuit on February. will i win this battle?

Been facing a lot problem since the lawsuit my employees are starting to quit. any advice?

Your attitude is the key factor to this lawsuit. If you can make the other cancel the lawsuit and you solve it in private, it will be much better. Anyway, sometime making money is less important to making friends. If you have friends who are professional in lawsuit, they will help you to reduce the loss at most.
