Law suit. I was born 19/03/84.

Hi, I have been made redundant but I am arguing that it is not a genuine case of redundancy.
Sinve being made redundant I have not been able to attend work and now my employment has been terminated due to "serious misconduct".
I am scared, but I know my emplpyers have not treated fairly. Should i continue with the law suit?

Defending your own right is the right thing to do. But you should not let the case take too much of your time in job hunting. You are predicted to have a smooth career life. It should not be difficult for you to find a new job.

Janet,
If the case is not resolved in Court this year, when you are lucky, next year you will lose the case.
My advice to you is to find another job and forget about it. Sometimes we could win hollow victories.
