About:Embassy & Consulate of Laos in China

I will come to Laos in 2 weeks. How can I get my visa in shanghai?

Hi, I am a French living in Shanghai. or maybe it is possible to have it on arrival?

I am afraid that you can't apply in Shanghai. You have two options. First, find an agency and ask them to apply on your behalf. You need to pay service charge but it saves the troubles when you apply on your own. If you are willing to apply on your own, you need to go to the embassy of Laos in Beijing. It is located on No. 11, Dong Si Jie, San Li Tun.
