About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Thailand Shanghai Australia via Thailand

Hello. I would be flying into Shanghai from Thailand and then leaving in less than 72 hours for Perth in Australia, but the through connection (not stopping just transit) is through Bangkok in Thailand. Can I use the 72-hour Visa-free Transit? Thank you.

Well, I'm afraid your route is not eligible for the 72 hour free transit as you go back Thailand where you departed.
