About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Planning a short less than 8 hours business meeting in Guangzhou taking the train from Hong Kong

I am a Danish passport holder, having a 3 day business trip to Hong Kong, and would like to combine my travel meeting a vendor in Guangzhou - was planning to take the train up from Hong Kong to Guangzhou early AM and depart again same day PM; will I qualify for either Transit or 72Hrs transit?

Hi Flemming, I believe you need enter the country by air so unless you take a flight from HKG which I doubt that there is to Guangzhou, then your plan wont be available for any visa.
