About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Collecting Tickets

My wife will be in China before I arrive. Will she be able to collect my train ticket using a photocopy of my passport?

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can only collect the ticket by using the real passport. Thus if your wife do not have your passport with her, she cannot collect your ticket together. Thank you.
