About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

I am from Libya can I apply for a Chinese visa from Turkey

I am Libyan who always take 1 year multi entry permit to China from Chinese empassy in Libya but now the empassy in Libya is closed.
Can I apply it in China empassy in Turkey

According to what I know, Chinese embassy resumes. The applicants are required to apply from the CVSFT center in Tripoli. It was opened on July 1, 2014. So I think you can apply in your own country.

CVSFT Address: Room 201, 20th Floor, Tower 1, Tripoli Tower
CVSFT Office Hours: 8:30-14:30, Sunday to Thursday, except for the Chinese and Libyan holidays
