About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I mail the application L type

Can I mail the L type tourist VISA with copies of my airline ticket, hotel bookings ,photocopy of Face page of my passport, and recent photo. mailed to the consulate in San Francisco? Or must I pay a service here in Seattle to do this for me?

Andy, the consulate does not accept postal application. Therefore, if you can't go there in person, you have to entrust the application affairs to someone or an agency.
