How to get to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom from Kowloon, Hongkong?

How many hours is the trip and how much is the ticket for adult and young children below 12 years old?

Go to China Ferry Terminal to take a ferry to Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port in around 70min. Then there are direct buses to the scenic area from 08:50 to 19:00. At the window no. 12 of the waiting hall of Jiuzhou Port, you can buy the bus ticket and then board the bus. The bus fare is CNY20 per person and I remember it takes 20-30min.

Thanks for your answer, that helps me much !

But I was worried about one thing. If I take ferry + bus as you explain, will I have to make a VISA to enter the park, or is the park considered in Macao and not in China ?

The park is located in Zhuhai of mainland China. You can apply for a VOA there. :)
