Maglev train ticket discount and train ticket office at Pudong airport

I would like to catch maglev train to city center when arriving Shanghai from Us, do I get maglev ticket discount if I present my departing ticket from US? Also wondering is there any train ticket office at the airport so I can purchase my train ticket to Suzhou in advance?
