About:Lantau Island

Hi, it is possible 5hrs stop over from hong kong airport to visit the big buddha in Lantua island?

In one day (Saturday), my flight arrival in airport is 7:20am and my departure time is 4:30pm so i have maximum of 5hrs to visit the big buddha, if its possible to visit what is the fastest way to travel back and fort on this route. And please give me a specific details on how much it will cost us and what name of the transit because as i believe it very difficult to ask question on the local's on the area.

Yes, your time is enough for this short trip. Take a taxi from HKIA to Tung Chung with the cost of 55HKD. Walk to the cable car station to take the cable car onto Ngong Ping 360, where you can enjoy the Giant Buddha. For the return trip, you can use the same time. And the cable car fare is 165HKD on standard cabin for a round trip and 255HKD on crystal cabin.
