About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

If I were to live in Hangzhou or Guangzhou with a 10 year old child.

Thinking in his future education (wanting the best you can get), which of the two cities would you recommend please?

Well, I would suggest you to live in Guangzhou, which has more developed education quality.
