About:Hong Kong MTR Tickets & Fares

Can I use a VISA credit card to purchase an AE Octopus Tourist Card at the airport?

I've searched this site and cannot find a clear answer. Some have mentioned you have to pay for it in cash.

Well, as far as I know, you can only pay for the card by cash. So you'd better to prepare enough cash, just in case.
