australians with chinese national touring in june

Question

My wife and I ( Australian Passports) and our Chinese National student will be touring in June and are planning on 3 rail trips ( Hefei to Beijing, Beijing to Qinhuangdao, Qinhuangdao to Hefei)Can we book the three tickets on the one booking request from Australia? The student will be returning home a week before we fly to Hefei. Will she or her family be able to pick up the tickets before we arrive and if so does she require just her own National ID or also copies of our passports?David from Australia

You need to offer us the passport copies of you and your wife and for your Chinese student, she need to offer us the ID card copy. However, for the collection, you need to do it with the real passports, thus your student cannot collect them for you if she do not have your passports on hand. Or you can try the delivery service if possible. We can arrange the delivery in advance to a hotel or personal address, like your students' home. Thank you.
