Through flight Changsha (CA1350) Beijing-London (CA937)

I am worried about my young daughter (18) who has been sold a through ticket and is returning on this flight from China at the weekend. The turnaround time on the tickets is less than 90 minutes and the flight has been late almost every day this week. Air China seem to think it will be fine, but according to this website she will need 120 minutes to transfer. I really would like to be able to get some special assistance for her as she speaks very little Chinese and is worried about navigating all the steps she has to take. Does anyone have any suggestions at all please.

As the airplanes are both operated by Air China, they will lead their passengers to transfer for good, so the turnabout time would be enough, although their quotes that the least transfer time is 90min for a through ticket. Just ask your daughter to relax.

Thank you Grace. In fact no one helped her at all, and her incoming flight was delayed, but she managed to run to the gate just as boarding was finishing and get on the homebound plane.

She was relaxed - it was I who was up all night worrying!
