About:China Visa

2 weeks in Shanghai. do I need a visa?

I come from Bulgaria (with a Bulgarian passport) and need to stay 2 weeks in Shanghai visiting someone (not a family member).

Antonia, you need to apply for an tourist L type before your travel. The required documents are as follows: a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport, a filled application form, a personal color photo taken within six months, and an invitation letter from your friend in China.
