flying in Beijing at 8:30am Sun, out at 8:40am Wed - will the 72hr no visa apply?

If your travel route is "an international area - beijing - another international area" and you hold the through air ticket for the route, you are eligible for the policy. Then after landing, just apply for a transit permit in the airport to have a short tour in the city.0
