how to get into the embassy through the external security gate

Question

How can I get into the embassy? I am the security gate but they will not let me in. I have tried phoning and emailing the embassy but no answer to the phone and the email is rejected by the postmaster?

David to David for visitor information,Two procedures 1. A scheduled bus service.  The visitor goes to schedule services and fills in a form.  The buses then take the visitor to and from the embassy.  The visitor needs to tell the driver which embassy.  I believe the buses depart from Gate 6.2. Another procedure is to contact the embassy in advance and get a visitor number for access.
