To go to taiwan in April or July, what will be a more comfortable period?

You are suggested to go to there in April. It is warm and comfortable. And it's an appropriate time to tour around. You can bring your T-shirts and jeans. July is typhoon season in this area. So lots of rainfall may spoil your trip.
