About:Business Hours in China

is true that posts in china are all closed until 28/02/2015?

i paid a guy by paypal online and now he came up that all posts in china are closed besouse of new year until 28 this month, please if someone can inform me about that it would be rally helpful for me.

Tim, the post offices are still open during Chinese New Year. According to what I know, small branches might be closed but they should be open today. I guess that your seller told this because he will resume his business on Feb. 28.

I've order from cnjerseys and they sent it out to Shanghai China EMS and they gave me a tracking number but it's still saying processed through a short facility at Shanghai China Ems. It about almost 3 weeks now and it hasn't update yet. Should I get worried about it. I paid $364.00

Tim, the status you mentioned meant that your parcel already left China. By EMS, it takes just 7 to 14 days to arrive. I personally think you should visit local post office to check whether it arrives. If not, please contact your sender and ask him to help you find out what happened.
