About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Criminal Record - Z Visa

Hi All,

I unfortunately was a silly boy when I was younger, which resulted in me getting a criminal record, nothing that would prevent me teaching in the UK. I have been contacted over the possible employment in Shaghai as a science teacher. Will I still be considered with a criminal record for a Z type entry permit?

Many thanks in advance.

Mark

Yes, I'm afraid there will be some problems during your application for the Z type, but you can still have a try. Anyway, to err is human.
