Best Cell phone service

I will be in China for about three months and want to know which is the best Cell phone service. In terms of network as well as price.

China Mobile and China Telecom are widely used, you can use that. There are different econimical combo items provided, you can choose according to your need, based on how many phone calls you make and how much mobile phone volume you need per month.
