Don't worry! You can still catch a shuttle bus to city center. Line 1 operates till the arrival of the last flight, much later than 23:25. U can take that to Xishaomen Airport Business Hotel in town and then transfer to a taxi to your hostel directly at the cost of around CNY15. No need to sleep at the airport at all, although accommodation is available there.
