Transpiration from Tibet / Nepal border to Kathmandu

I'm wondering what kind of transportation available from Zhangmu to Kathmandu . Do I have prearrange ahead of time or available on arrival at the border?

Coach service is available. After going through the immigration from the Chinese border to Nepal, you can easily find a direct bus to Kathmandu. You can catch one upon arrival, so prearrangement is unnecessary. If you arrive late, it is also easy to charter a car at the border at a reasonable price.
