About:Hong Kong MTR Tickets & Fares

do I need to buy octopus card to travel in Hong Kong? (metro, bus, etc.)

Hello,
Is there any card I can use instead of the Octopus for traveling? I am asking because I have Diners Club International card PURE.

I'm afraid that the Octopus Card is the best choice for traveling in HK. You can get some discounts on metro, bus etc. with it.
