About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

Can a foreigner apply for a Tourist visa from Fiji?

I have a friend from Latvia who is currently in Fiji on holiday and would like to apply for herself and her family (husband and daughter).

Yes, it's possible that she can apply for it from Fiji. Apart from the regular application documents, including passport, photocopy of the passport, application form, recently-taken color bare-headed photo, round-trip ticket and hotel booking records, she should submit the original and photocopy of her entry permit for Fiji as well.
