About:China Postal Service

HELP MY PACAGE IS STUCK

My parcel has been stuck in Fuzhou for 10 days now. The last update was on the 11th stating desparch from sorting center and nothing since. USPS saying same thing. I placed this order 14 days ago. LN726940044CN

According to what I found, your parcel was sent from Fuzhou to USA on Feb. 11. It takes 7 to 15 days to arrive. So you may wait for another three days and then check it at local post office in your area again.

Thank you for your reply. My question is if it was sent to US on the 11th why is there no update from than. It takes 5-15 days to get the US? It's not that long of a flight. Please advise

It's normal. Your parcel may not be sent to USA directly. It might be transfered on the way. So China Post/EMS isn't able to provide the tracking information. That's why there is no more further update. When your parcel arrives in the USA. The tracking information will be available.

Well, your parcel was sent by EMS. It shows that your parcel left Fuzhou for USA on Feb. 15. It takes 7 to 15 days to arrive. I personally think that you may visit local post office for a check. If it doesn't arrive, then I am afraid that it is delayed or lost somewhere.

Jess, your parcel left Fuzhou on Feb. 11. It should have arrived. If you don't receive it, please go to local post office for a check.

It was Chinese new year past week and all the post office workers were on holidays. i think this is the reason why nothing really happened.
