About:China Visa Exemption

Does an AUSTRIAN Passport holder require a visa

I am going to visit Hongkong and Macau. But I'm also planning to visit some friends in Schenzhen and Xiamen. Do I still need a visa?

Andrew, you need to apply for an L type beforehand. The following documents may be required: a valid passport and a photocopy of the passport's data page, a completed application form affixed with your recent photo on it, and an invitation letter from your friends.
