About:Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone

I saw an BLCU application for a scholarship and i was asked contact the dispatching authorities.

I want to know how to get them.

Bob, generally speaking, the dispatching authorities may be foreign affairs authorities or authorized schools in your country. You can consult with the embassy.
