About:China Visa on Arrival

I am travelling to China to sign a contract? Can i get a landing visa?

Hi i am a mexican citizen and i need to travel to China to inspect goods and sign a new contract with a chinese company.

I don't think so. You should apply for a M type for your visit from Chinese embassy in your country in advance. Your business partner should send you an invitation letter. Then you need to submit your passport, application form, a recent passport photo and the invitation letter.
