Is it a problem for weather ?Will tourist sites/areas still be open ?I plan to visit the city and nearby areas/sites too.

Hey, don’t worry. It’s not that cold these days. The temp is around 46F recently. It’s warm in the day time. Tourist sites would be open, don’t worry. Wish my late response still be helpful to you.
