About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Roundtrip Singapore-Shanghai (US Citizen)

I will be in Singapore for work, am I eligible for the 72-hours if I take a roundtrip flight from Singapore to Shanghai for the weekend?

Hi, Erica, as the roundtrip route is not considered as a valid transit, I'm afraid you are not eligible for the free tansit policy.
