About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

SIN-PVG (72hours) -SIN (2 hours) -FRA.

Hi, I intend to fly SIN-PVG (72hours) -SIN(2 hours)-FRA.

SIN is only a transit point on the return and not the final destination.
Does this mean that the routing is permissible?

Jay, I'm afriad that in this case the free transit policy is not available.
