About:Chinese Consulate in New York

are you open Monday, Presidents Day Feb. 16 2015. Calendar does not have it listed as closed

All other national U.S. holidays are listed as closed.

I think the consulate will be closed on the Presidents Day. As a convention, the consulate closes on both the pubilic holidays of China and the US.
