About:Marriage Registration in China

marrige in china

Hi i am from nepal working in uae .my girlfriend from china shandong. we are planning to get married this year in china. please let me know what are the documents i have to make ready? should i make my documents from nepal or i can make it from nepal embassy in uae?and what are the documents need for her to get married in china?

Hi Tilak! You should prepare your passport, visa for China, and a single status certificate issued by the Nepal Foreign Affairs Ministry and attested by the Chinese embassy in Nepal, or yo can get the single status certificate from the Nepal embassy in China. You girlfriend needs to prepare her household registration book, ID card, and a single status issued by local government.
