Will my ex girlfriend and I get back together?

My girlfriend (4/18/84 rat) and I (7/3/77 snake) broke up last October 2014. Ever since, I have been trying hard to win her heart back. I truly love her and want to spend my entire life to devote to her. I have been praying to God to heal our relationship and wants to know if we can be together. I was planning to propose to her last November. I am so heart broken right now and truly hope that I can proof to her that I can be that person to care and love her.
