Hello Dear. According to your schedule and price. We do not find such as hard sleep level, as we have know hard sleep has 3 stages or 2 stages of soft sleep. how can i booked the lowest level for hard or soft sleep. We checked with Chinatrainguide on the schedule they show the cost clearly of each stage. Please advice with many thanks

Thank you for your inquiry.The price on our website is quoted based on the lower berth. If you book online, the lower beds cannot be choose directly since they are sold randomly by the railway authority. But if you do need a lower bed, we will try our best to do so.  And we suggest you to choose the delivery service if possible so that we can go to the station and apply for it directly. If there are still tickets available, usually we would get the lower beds for you. Hope for your understanding.
