About:Exit Regulations of China

hi! By entering and exiting china from an airport should i declare the electric appliances ?

Iam thinking to buy a camera, a tablet and a mobile phone from China, I will have problem with customs? I must declare them at the Custom declaration Form while exiting the country? By entering should i declare the electric appliances that i am carrying on with me (like camera, tablet etc)?
thank you very much

If you have unpack them and can prove they are for self use, you don't need to declare when exiting and entering.
