We will be visiting HK probably October for 1 week and then on to a Beach Holiday.

We are prepared to fly to another destinations up to about 4 hours flying time. Is October a good time to visit HK and where would you suggest to go onward to where it will be warm and sunny without Monsoon.

Well, according to the previous weather data, October is a good time to visit this area. The temperature is 73.4 F to 87.8 F. It's warm and comfortable. In addition, it contains many sunny and cloudy days. So don't worry about the monsoon.
