About:China Museum of Huaiyang Cuisine

Myself and a colleague are visiting supplier to our company based in both Hong Kong and Mainland.

What Visa do we need to do this? Is there an interview location we need to attend or can it be done by post?

You just need to apply for a single entry M type for mainland China. Submit the application documents to the CVASC branches in the UK. Many of them offer post services, but I don't know your residence, so I can't provide you with the exact address of the CVASC which is in charge of the region you are living.
