Nz Passport Holder living in France.Also how long will it take to be accepted? Is there a consulate in Lyon? How much does a L type cost?

You are suggested to apply around a month ahead of your trip. I am afraid that you can't apply in Lyon. There are two CVASC branches in France. One is in Paris and the other is in Marseille. You need go to any of these two branches to apply. It takes six working days. A single L type costs 71 EUR.
