About:Great Wall Travel - 8 Key Concerns

we will visit great wall in early May 2015.

How's the weather on that month, what clothes will be comfortable, and is it fine for seniors and children under 10yo to climb? Can we turn back if the kids are not able to follow?

Wisa, it's 14 to 26 degrees celsius in May. T-shirts, shirts and thin jacket are ok. And you'd better wear a pair of comfortable sports shoes. If you bring kids, I think you may visit Badaling. I have been there before. It's safe for kids and seniors to climb. And you can turn back to get down if you can't climb to the top.
