Which university can i learn in English or French or the Information technology?

ReplyGenerally speaking, almost all universities in China have English and French Major. Shanghai International Studies University and Beijing Foreign Studies University are two good choice for you.
About the information technology, you can go to Qinghua University and Xidian University.
